Bring me black and white film to develop, then have your best frames printed by hand on silver gelatin paper.

How it works
Bring your film
35mm, 120 or 4x5 black and white film. Send an enquiry to arrange a drop-off.
I develop it by hand
Each roll or sheet is developed in the tank and dried carefully.
Choose your frames
A contact sheet shows every frame on one page, so you can pick what to print.
I make your prints
Each print is exposed and developed by hand on silver gelatin paper.
Prints I've made for clients

The contact sheet
A contact sheet puts every frame from your roll on a single page, printed at the size of the negative. It is the easiest way to see what you shot and choose which frames to print.
Contact sheets are R80 a page.
Shoot digital?
You don't need film to have a darkroom print. Send me your digital file, I make a negative from it, and print it by hand on silver gelatin paper. The negative is R150, once.
Black and white only
I work with black and white film and traditional darkroom methods. I don't process colour film or offer digital scanning.
Not sure what size or paper to choose? Book a free 30-minute consultation and we'll go through your negatives together.
